He inspected the townhouse inside and out and from top to bottom, pointing out "deal killer"-type issues and smaller issues, and deftly explaining means to mitigate. We soon had a report in hand. And that's where things got interesting. The seller's inspector challenged one of the more significant findings. “I used Tim to inspect our condo in Brooklyn and he was great. He thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny of our unit including all the meters and mains in the basement, the A/C unit on the roof, the roof itself and the exterior walls of the building. He tested every wall socket, every light fixture, every faucet, the toilets, the floors etc. I followed him while he did this and he patiently answered every (naive) question I asked. Throughout the process of buying our condo Tim was the only person who was 100% completely honest.
